  These guys were great to work with when my home-built PC would not run. I called several other shops, and they either did not bother calling me back, or they said they did not work on my type of system. When I called the computer workshop, Scott took the time to help me troubleshoot my problem over the phone, and when that did not work, he agreed to fix my PC even though it's not the type he typically works on (mine was AMD-based). I can't say enough about their customer service and willingness to help.
