  There was a mistake with the tires I ordered online. I was frustrated but there dealing with returning them (1.5 weeks late and I ended up going somewhere else). I was told that BJs online was different than in the store and I had to call myself. I then called the online store and they told me the actual store had to call to confirm that they were never installed. When I approached customer service again and told them, the response was "well I'm not calling anybody". These people weren't helpful at all. The tire department manager was much more helpful and polite.

  Best Black Friday shopping EVER! I needed a few big heavy items. Talked to the woman at the front door. She called a worker...He got the items and loaded them in my truck in minutes! Bonus of a surprise additional $10 price drop on a 55" Samsung Smart TV.

GOOD OFFICE SUPPLIES, LIKE A BETTER OFFICE MAX + HALF A HOME DEPOT! AND YOU GOT A "FREE MEMBERSHIP SIGNING UP WITH YOUR COMPANY! (ONLY FAULTS IS: No Pharmacy or bagging with bags at the checkout. **Best example of the products in BJ's: Super-Tops + Super-Wegmans + A NON/Trashy-Super-Walmart + Fine Jewelery + Best Buy + Auto, tires, almost a "Shop." Free FOOD samples- handed out by Chefs in a lot of the store. Full Butcher & Baker, & Eye Doctor + A Verizon Booth! **Also: NO long lines of "Lottery Junkies," Ordering Their- "Numbers," Like: "Give me a 1451-Boxed-Straight- and Combo it..." (That they take them 7+ days after they expire...shhhh) Great parking. Safe place. Also in other areas a little further than WANT./Buffalo, BJ's has a sister store- "PACE."
